Owned and operated by PADI MSDT Instructor Capt Jeremiah Kogon, the "Malama Kai" (Hawaiian for "Stewardship of the Sea") is a six pack SCUBA diving charter boat that runs recreational dive trips to some of the best local wrecks and artificial reefs in the Mid-Atlantic.

Originally an airport rescue vessel, our 29' double thick deep v-hull custom six pack dive charter boat is specifically designed to handle offshore open ocean water conditions.

Our vessel has gone through a series of custom fabrication to create what today is the perfect dive boat! With an easy on/off transom door to the dive platform, a deep 3-step dive ladder and custom bench style tank racks, diving is made safe & easy on our Custom Dive Boat.

     


What safety equipment is onboard the dive boat?
Our dive boat is equipped with a 10 man Cal-June life raft, an ACR 406 MHz EPIRB, a cockpit VHF radio, a handheld VHF radio, onboard Radar, throwable life ring, life vests, first aid kit and an emergency O2 (Oxygen) delivery system.

Where is the Boat Docked? | Dock / Street Map
The boat is docked at the end of Somerset St at White Marlin Marina, Ocean City MD. When you get to the marina, you can drop off your gear at the boat and then you will need to go find a place to park. Some streets have free parking and some have paid parking. Please be at the dock at 7:30 AM for the AM Charters and 2:30 PM for the PM Charters.
